Donate. Educate. Create.

Viva Musica is deeply grateful for the generous support of our event sponsors and partners as we work together to accomplish our mission.

Donate. Educate. Create.

Viva Musica is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental art and music education in America’s youth and raising awareness of the importance of the arts as a part of each child’s complete education and mind development

Music and art can be used to communicate these difficult concepts when words fail us. Mozart described of how music can communicate emotions and ideas apart from words. Music has its own vocabulary, and sometimes what it communicated is far too specific for words. Musical instruments and every paint brush has its own unique voice.  There are particular ideas that can only be communicated using a specific instrument, be it a French horn, piano, or cello. Red, yellow, blue all evoke feelings, ideas and emotions that words may not allow us to express.

We have entered the Google Contest 10^100th.

Recent News:

01.02.2009 - February 20th, 2009 Viva Musica is hosting it’s first annual benefit towards becoming an official non-profit! Our goal is to raise enough money to help local schools keep and maintain their music and art programs. Many of our schools are losing money and are forced to cut back on the instrumental art and music courses. Research has proven that creativity of the mind is essential to brain development. Please join Viva Musica to help keep the arts alive.

Tickets are $22 dollars and will not be sold at the door.
Doors open at 7:45pm, music starts at 8:00pm
Space is limited, BUY NOW!

If you are and artist that would like to reserve a space at the event please email info@vivamusica.org. We would like to ask for 20% of anything sold at the event. The money raised will go to ensure that the children of today become the artists of tomorrow. Please come to Five Event Center on Feb. 20th, 2009 @ 5pm to set up your display or booth.
